Throughout the modules, you will be asked to think about your organisation and how the principles of safeguarding apply.

By the end of this programme you will be able to:

  • Understand the purpose of safeguarding.
  • Understand the need for an effective approach to safeguarding.
  • Identify any gaps in your own knowledge and how you can address them.
  • Improve your knowledge of the subject as a whole.
  • Consider how your organisation is dealing with safeguarding and safer recruitment and identify areas for improvement.
