As a member of support staff you should:

know who is a clear point of contact for anyone who has a concern about an individual vulnerable to exploitation by extremists in your organisation
be aware of the relevant policies and procedures and any reviews which need to take place
exemplify British values and know what this means
find opportunities to promote British values in your practice
challenge extremism in your practice
be aware of the Ofsted or Estyn requirement
