Welcome to the Governance Development Programme (GDP).

Whether you’re new to college governance, or have years of experience on a Board, the GDP will have something to help you take your skills and knowledge to the next level. It gives you access to online learning, podcasts, webinars and self-directed reflective tasks as well as face to face sessions when circumstances allow. The GDP aims to build your knowledge and skills so you are empowered to bring even greater value to the organisations and students that you serve.

In order to access this programme, your institution needs to purchase the programme. This will then give you an access key to allow you full access to the full range of modules. Live webinars will also take place throughout the year at an additional but modest fee.

The cost of the programme is £200 per college per year and that gives access to the programme modules for all your governors and governance professionals so you only need to make one payment and you will have full access for your whole governing body for 12 months for the fee.
