Apprenticeship Reforms will require a cultural change. Providers delivering Apprenticeships and supporting employers will need to change the way that they work with their existing and  newly engaged employers.

A number of resources have been developed to support provider front line staff delivering apprenticeships. The resources include:-

The suite of five audio presentations provides information and support End-point Assessment Organisations, helping them to implement their plans to deliver end-point assessment services.

The course is designed to prepare assessors, coaches, mentors and trainers for the new apprenticeship standards. The changes, including end point assessment, will transform the role of apprenticeship practitioners. This course will prepare you to work in the new world of apprenticeships.

This is a suite of audio presentations and templates to support organisations who are interested in or preparing to get involved in delivering apprenticeship end-point assessment. These 15 presentations will develop your understanding of what it takes to deliver effective end-point assessment and prepare for your organisation's involvement.   

Welcome to the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in Apprenticeships online course.

This interactive course is designed to support apprenticeship front-line staff to engage and develop a diverse range of apprentices (and their employers) right the way through their apprenticeship journey. The course is based on delivering apprenticeships within the reformed system and will take approximately 2 hours to complete.
