A resource for IAG providers and teaching staff to help learners with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) fulfil their ambitions and aspirations .
The toolkit includes information, support and tools to help you to:
- support learners' aspirations;
- listen to learners with SEND;
- support learners into employment;
- learn more about Traineeships and Supported Internships; and
- how to engage with employers.
This self-assessment has been designed for teachers and trainers across the sector to self-assess their effectiveness in supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

This interactive guide enables learning providers to assess their readiness to support learners with SEND and suggests ways of improving their provision to address SEND issues.
Due to the age of this course, some of its functionality relies on code that is no longer supported by modern web browsers. Because of this, the course has now been closed and is unavailable to users.
